I’ve been a Floridian since 2005, but I hail from Maryland stock. That means I bring a bit of that "Mid-Atlantic hustle" to the Sunshine State's real estate market. My unique (and award winning) style views real estate akin to matchmaking. It’s not just about bedrooms & square footage. It’s about positioning your house in front of the market, so that potential buyers will see that this listing is “the one” for them. On average, my listings sell 88% faster than other local agents and for 96% of list price.
As for my buyers, it’s about introducing you to the place where your new story will unfold. My agency typically does 50%+ of our business on in-agency only sales. This means if you are a seller, we may already have a waiting buyer. If you are a buyer, I may have a yet to be listed home where you’d get first peek.
When I can grab some time for myself, I’m usually out on the pavement in a helmet. I’m a big street biker who loves catching as much warm sun and cool breeze on my skin as possible. Fun fact: I have bicycled every street of Port Orange. (And many streets in Daytona, DeLand and Edgewater too!)
I also a sports fan. My allegiances are a bit of a geographic hybrid. I’ll always be loyal to the Ravens and the Orioles, but when it comes to hockey, I’m 100% pulling for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
