Carolyn Carpenter-Hawkins started our brokerage company in 2006 as Rental Source Property Management LLC, and later added our DBA of Key Cornerstone Realty, after owning the successful Rental Source Inc. for 13 yrs. prior. Rental Source Inc. still specializes in running background checks for landlords and employers all over the United States. After realizing the overwhelming need for the company to help individuals find rental properties and educate them to eventually become buyers, Ms. Carpenter stepped into the real estate brokerage realm. Learning everything she could regarding the real estate market and what it takes to manage and sell a single family home or apartment complex successfully, and learning what it takes to be a top agent/broker she brought to our company the knowledge and expertise of all real estate transactions ranging from Managing properties to helping investors Buy more investment homes and commercial properties, to showing renters how to become first time home buyers. She also brought with her the expertise on buying and selling land, short sales, foreclosures, HUD homes, commercial properties, and lease purchase contracts.
