A multi-million-dollar top producer in Seminole County, Frederique Carre brings a global perspective to her business as a sales associate with Premier Sotheby's International Realty. She is committed to serving her customers and is consistently ranked among the top 3 producers in her office. A native of France, she also lived and worked in Poland and Belgium before moving to Cincinnati in 2004 and finally settling in Lake Mary, Florida in 2008.
As a result of her upbringing, business school education and extensive traveling around the world, Frederique has learned seven different languages and still speaks several of them. As one of the few French-speaking REALTORS® in the area, she has a wide network of international clientele, especially from France, Canada and Belgium which complements her work with local customers in Florida. She has a strong background in sales and marketing, having worked for the European divisions of Kellogg's and Danone (Dannon). After raising her family, Frederique took advantage of her previous professional experiences and parlayed those into her career in Florida's wonderful real estate industry.
Creative by nature, Frederique's prior business experiences have also taught her to be open-minded, tolerant and supplied her with a wealth of knowledge. She's bonded with customers over conversations of travel adventures or their own visits to her homeland and works closely with many international homebuyers. As a real estate professional, Frederique is dedicated to spending as much time as necessary for her customers to find their perfect home. She is a Seller Representative Specialist, a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, holds a certification in relocation as well as the prestigious Gold Key Certification and became a real estate title specialist in 2020.
Deeply rooted in the local community, Frederique is an active member of Leadership Seminole and volunteers for worthy organizations around the county, especially those who support homeless families and children. Frederique, her husband and their three children are proud to be naturalized American citizens. In her free time, she loves to relax with a walk on the beach or cook, especially making her homemade French baguettes from scratch.
