Henry Herrera is a devoted husband and proud father of three. Born and raised in San Antonio, he has witnessed the city’s outer loop developments and master-planned communities rise from the ground up. His proficiency in Spanish has been invaluable in working with international clients from Mexico and South America. Henry graduated from Southwest and Hallmark Institute of Aviation, and by age 25, he owned one of San Antonio's largest auto repossession companies. In 1995, he founded 21st Century Builders, where he began building custom homes and investing in real estate, eventually expanding into commercial real estate by 1998. Henry’s passion for real estate blends work and pleasure, but he dedicates Sundays to rest, attending church, and spending time with family and loved ones. He is also active in volunteering with youth sports and various basketball organizations. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and shooting sports, including steel, skeet, clay, and trap.
