Professional Approach

I’m honored to receive this recognition.

From the beginning of my career, my goal has never been to simply manage assets. I set out to build a better way to help people make confident decisions in a world that is constantly changing. Traditional wealth management often assumes life is linear and predictable. In reality, it rarely is.

Markets shift. Families evolve. Health, priorities, businesses, and opportunities change. Sometimes they change quickly. Financial systems need to be flexible enough to adapt without losing clarity or direction.

That belief led to the creation of Human Wealth™.

Human Wealth™ helps clients make confident, aligned decisions in an increasingly complex world through the synthesis of traditional wealth management and subjective wellbeing. The result is a financial system designed for resilience, clarity, and long-term fulfillment.

We developed Human Wealth™ after witnessing the emotional and relational stress clients experienced when making financial decisions. “I began to notice a dissonance between my clients' financial and subjective realities. In order to bring harmony, I knew we needed to expand our understanding from ‘more or less’ to ‘why’.” While financial metrics such as rate of return, net worth, and account balances provide objective measures, what those numbers represent—and how they impact real lives—is inherently human.

Money is ultimately a tool. It creates space, time, and optionality to focus on what matters most. Questions about portfolio performance often reflect deeper concerns:  “Will I be able to provide opportunity for my children? Can I do so without sacrificing presence or wellbeing? Will my financial system support me through health changes, career transitions, and uncertainty”?

Human Wealth™ was created to address the heart of those questions through four integrated phases: Discover Wellbeing, Explore Resources, Design Systems, and Implement Plan. This framework allows for continuous adaptation as both external conditions and internal priorities evolve. From changes in tax policy and charitable giving regulations to shifts in health, business ownership, or family dynamics, Human Wealth™ operates as a dynamic wealth management system rather than a static financial plan.
