Cortney Myers is a Kansas City–based residential Real Estate agent with ReeceNichols, proudly serving clients on The Lisa Ruben Team. A lifelong Kansas City local, Cortney brings deep neighborhood knowledge, sharp negotiation skills, and a strong financial background to every transaction.
Before real estate, Cortney built a career in banking and finance, which gives her clients a real advantage when evaluating offers, structuring deals, and understanding what truly makes one buyer stronger than another. She is known for being direct, detail-oriented, and honest, always telling clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear.
Cortney works with buyers and sellers of all ages across both Missouri and Kansas, with a special focus on guiding families through major transitions and prioritizing long-term relationships, including parent–child connections. Whether helping a first-time buyer, a growing family, or a longtime homeowner, her goal is the same: clear communication, smart strategy, and a smooth experience from start to finish.
In addition to her client work, Cortney serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS (KCRAR), where she is actively involved in shaping the future of the local real estate industry and advocating for both homeowners and agents.
