With over three decades of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, including roles at major corporations, family enterprises, start-ups, and my own consulting firm—I made a pivotal choice to shift into real estate. After obtaining my New Jersey real estate license in spring 2003, I joined Coldwell Banker as a Referral Agent. By January 2006, I was working full-time at Prudential Fox & Roach’s Haddonfield office, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors.
Representing numerous homeowners has taught me how to effectively market homes for sale. Success requires not only up-to-date market knowledge but also strong marketing expertise. Simply listing on the MLS is no longer sufficient; I offer comprehensive pre-listing guidance, including staging, decluttering, advice on beneficial repairs, recommendations for pre-inspections and appraisals, standout photography and writing, robust marketing campaigns, social media outreach, agent networking, and skilled negotiation.
Showing homes is a part of the job I truly enjoy, so I make it a priority to schedule as many property viewings as possible for my buyers. Knowing both the broader market and individual neighborhoods is essential. With the current market shifting, multiple offers are common on sought-after properties. I help clients pinpoint the right price and connect them with leading lenders for optimal financing solutions. From successful negotiation through closing—and even after—I provide continuous support.
My qualifications include CRS, ABR, SRS, RENE, SRES, MRP, AHWD, and CPRES certifications. I have earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award from 2010, 2012 - 2024 and have been recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Professional for fifteen consecutive years. Additionally, I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist, focusing on these areas of expertise.
