Professional Approach

Lynn has over 25 years of experience assisting individuals and family businesses with their tax and estate planning needs. She provides the legal assistance needed to protect, preserve and pass on your family’s wealth to future generations. Talking with an outsider about such personal matters as wealth, illnesses and intra-family conflicts can be a daunting experience, so Lynn provides a welcoming environment that is friendly and understanding. Although many aspects of estate planning can be complicated, she strives to educate her clients and avoid leaving them feeling confused or overwhelmed by the process. In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Lynn has a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Law in Estate Planning, and she is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Florida and New Hampshire. Lynn is also Of Counsel for the real estate, employment and litigation law firm Tempus Fugit Law in Boston, MA.
