Hi! I'm Sam Eigner, your dedicated realtor serving Southeastern Wisconsin, especially Waukesha and Milwaukee counties. I've been in real estate since 2017 and have helped clients navigate everything from balanced markets to the fast-paced seller’s market we see today. I love working with families, first-time buyers, downsizers, and anyone ready for their next chapter. Real estate can be overwhelming, but I’m here to guide you every step of the way. In 2020, I earned my PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designation, which helps me price homes accurately and advise buyers on fair market value. I was born and raised in Brookfield and now live in Waukesha with my boyfriend of 10+ years, our daughter Harper, and our two energetic dogs, Jax (a Boxer) and Tucker (a Blue Heeler). I’m family-focused, love music, karaoke, Brewers games, and summer nights at local live shows.
