Luis Raposo is a Partner Advisor and Chartered Financial Analyst® in Allworth’s Norwood, Massachusetts, office. With more than three decades of experience in financial services, he brings a deep investment background and a client-first mindset to every relationship. Luis has advised individuals, families, business owners, and nonprofit organizations on comprehensive wealth strategies, from goals-based planning to retirement plan consulting. He also has extensive experience managing private income investments, capital appreciation, and dividend growth strategies for high-net-worth and institutional clients.

 

Previously, Luis was the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Shorepoint Capital Partners—a Norwood-based wealth management firm that partnered with Allworth in 2025—where he led their in-house research and investment management process.

 

Active in both the business and local community, Luis serves on the boards of Fancypants Baking Co. and Tucson Tamale Co., holds a board observer role for Smash Foods and Atlas Bar Inc., and advises Demers Food Group. He also spent six years on the finance committee for St. Catherine of Siena School and Parish. 

Tim Vanech

Tim Vanech is a Partner Advisor in Allworth’s Norwood, Massachusetts, office. With more than 30 years of experience in financial services, he works with individuals, families, and institutions to develop goals-based wealth management strategies tailored to their long-term objectives. His expertise spans customized investment planning, endowment management, and retirement plan consulting for individuals, corporate, and nonprofit clients. Previously, Tim was the co-founder and Managing Director of Shorepoint Capital Partners, a Norwood-based wealth management firm that partnered with Allworth in 2025. 

 

A cum laude graduate of Harvard College—where he also played baseball—Tim was recognized with multiple Certificates of Distinction in Teaching as a Head Teaching Fellow. His investment writing has been featured in Barron’s, and he contributed the introduction to updated editions of Humphrey B. Neill’s classic works The Art of Contrary Thinking and The Ruminator. He is also a published poet and fiction writer.

 

As a dedicated advocate for access and opportunity, Tim is the Senior VP of both the Westport Land Conservation Trust and the Classical High School Alumni Association. He is especially proud of the Tina Vanech Scholarship Fund, established in honor of his mother, which supports a student each year at Community Preparatory School in Providence, and he finds joy in working with the students of Community Prep to make decisions on the portion of the endowment that they manage.

Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP’s consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP’s consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client’s experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E.
