About Shawna
Shawna escaped the big city of Houston after working for 28 years as a journalism and public relations professional. She and her husband purchased a weekend home in the Highland Lakes area of the Texas Hill County in 2003, and made the full-time move as soon as they could! She continues to use her communications skills as a real estate agent, and prides herself on quick response times with customers and clients. She’s worked with builders, first-time buyers, investors and lakefront buyers and sellers. She loves to help people find the perfect property and enjoy the small-town lifestyle that has so much to offer, including quick access to Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Johnson City and the many wineries and natural sites to explore. She lives near Lake LBJ, but just a short drive to Lake Buchanan, Inks Lake and Lake Marble Falls. The water, especially the constant-level Lake LBJ – provides year-round fun. Aside from the lakes, the area’s wildlife, rugged vistas and sunsets are captivating.
