About: Attorney Daniel L. King dedicates his practice to Wills, Trusts, Elder Law and Probate Administration. A native to the Greater Norwich region, Daniel is further dedicated to serving those throughout Eastern Connecticut.
Experience: Prior to the formation of Lahan & King LLC, Daniel worked as an associate attorney for Suisman Shapiro, P.C. located in the New London, Connecticut where he practiced in Estate Planning, Commercial Law and Litigation. Daniel additionally served as an Associate at Deloitte, working in Federal team out of the Arlington, Virginia office. While at Deloitte, Daniel provided comprehensive construction litigation support to the US Department of State, Bureau of Overseas Building Operations relating to overseas embassy construction. Notably, Daniel trained and led a team of attorneys in furtherance of the federal investigation into the 2012 Benghazi attack, reporting directly to the US Department of State, Office of Legal Adviser.
