Matt’s career in personal finance began in 2004 with the firm A.G. Edwards where he counseled families on a wide variety of financial matters.

Prior to founding Teeple Wealth Management, Matt worked for the wealth management firm Oxford Financial Group. While at Oxford, Matt helped counsel a group of affluent clients including Fortune 500 CEO’s, high ranking political officials, and numerous other business owners, physicians, and professionals.

With prior experience working in an insurance agency as well as serving as an analyst for a healthcare company, Matt joined Teeple Wealth Management in 2018 with a passion for a more comprehensive and wholistic approach to financial planning.


During his time at TWM, Matt has been promoted multiple times after demonstrating exceptional service to his clients.  He acquired his CFP designation in 2020 and is now an equity partner of the firm.  In addition to working with his own clientele, he also enjoys serving as the firm's Chief Investment Officer.  Professionally, Matt enjoys nothing more than working with and watching his clients succeed one step at a time.

Mark graduated with distinction from the College of Business at Butler University in Indianapolis earning his degree in accounting.  In 2005, he earned the Certified Public Accountant designation after the successful completion of the grueling CPA exam and completion of a length of work requirement.  In 2019, Mark also earned the Certified Financial Planner designation.

Prior to joining TSN Wealth and Tax Management, Mark owned and operated an accounting firm focused on providing accounting, business consulting, and tax services to small business owners and individuals.  Knowing the value of each individual service, Mark is able to add significant value to the financial lives of his clients, not only in tax planning, but with their investments and all other financial planning needs as well.  His experiences have shaped Mark into a technical specialist in the areas of taxation and wealth management with skills far beyond what the typical advisor in either discipline has to offer.


Mark resides in Whitestown, Indiana with his wife, Melissa, and two daughters, Adalyn and Kaylee.  He is an active member of Traders Point Christian Church where he serves in the children’s ministry helping kids meet Jesus at their own level.  Mark thoroughly enjoys sports in general and is an avid fan of Butler University basketball.  Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and hiking outdoors whenever possible.

Tim graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oakland City University in 2011 with a degree in social studies and went on to graduate with his Master’s Degree in political science from the University of Memphis.  He also went on to successfully acquire the CFP designation in 2022, which provides him with a wealth of knowledge to pass on to his clientele.  

Tim started working in the financial services industry at Transamerica Agency Network, before moving on to a State Farm agency in Louisville, KY. Tim used these years in the insurance industry to gain an understanding of the risks affecting even the most affluent clients. This understanding informs his advice to clients at Teeple Wealth Management, where he can provide truly unbiased advice, since we do not sell any products, funds, or policies at all.


Having had a great deal of success at TSN in attracting, retaining, and providing exceptional service and advice to his clientele, Tim was promoted to a manager role and spent years training new advisors to ensure a consistent approach among all advisors within the firm. He was later promoted to Partner.


Tim came to TSN Wealth Management with the personal experience to back up his advice to clients. He achieved financial freedom by becoming 100% debt-free at the age of 27.  He loves to help clients achieve the same results by creating a personalized financial plan that achieves growth through a disciplined strategy.


Tim lives in west Indianapolis with his wife, Carrington, and his children, Titus, Edith, Linus, Moses, and Alfred. He is an active member of Clearnote Church in west Indianapolis, and he is an avid fan of various sports, especially NCAA March Madness. In his spare time, Tim enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Mic attended Purdue University where he double majored in Finance and Business Management and obtained a certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.


Mic began his career in the financial services industry at an independent RIA where he specialized in managing retirement plans and financial wellbeing programs for employers throughout Indiana and the Midwest. Mic worked with numerous organizations from non-profits, for-profits, privately held and publicly traded companies. During his time there he successfully acquired the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designations helping set himself apart in the industry. While Mic enjoyed advising organizations on their retirement plans, he especially looked forward to meeting with individual clients who had questions on retirement savings, investments, and how to get started on their retirement savings journey.


Mic resides in Westfield, Indiana with his wife, Claire, two sons, Tripp and Baylor, and Bernese Mountain dog, Bentley. Mic enjoys being outside, spending time with family and friends, all things sports, and trying to figure out his golf swing. Mic enjoys giving back and supporting his local community. He does this through being an active member of The Penrod Society, an all-volunteer organization whose mission is to support the arts, cultural, and educational activities and institutions in central Indiana. Mic and his family are members of Traders Point Christian Church.
