Heather took on the task of helping me find my first home, in an area where I was not living in during the search, and that I did not know too well. Heather's characteristic I appreciated most is that at no point I felt any sort of pressure or rush from her. I think I had considerable standards and needs, but she would keep telling me "You won't wear me out!". Other great things about Heather: she's honest, kind, generous (with her time and as a person), and fun. It was an nice ride, albeit relatively short, so I had to give up the hang outs with Heather :) The house I ended up buying, she found before it went publicly on the market, which I suspect was key to the offer being accepted. I am loving my new home right now but I am sure I would have loved any home Heather would have helped me pick. I worked with Heather and she was nothing short of exceptional. She went above and beyond what you would typically expect of a realtor. Her knowledge of the local housing market far surpassed other agents I had spoken to in the area. I really appreciated having her on my side during purchase negotiations and closing as she made both relatively painless. She is very sharp and her negotiation skills saved me a considerable amount of money. The current housing market is fairly tricky to negotiate, and it has become even more complex due to recent events in our country.
