About Lisa Milkovich & Team

These Real Estate Sisters, Lisa and Kristine, joined forces to form “The Milkovich Team” and haven't looked back since. Lisa has been in the business for over 22 years and Kristine for close to 12 years, together they provide 34 years of award winning service to their clients; including Seattle Magazine's "Best in Client Satisfaction" for 20 years running.

Our mission has always been to deliver first-class real estate services. We are committed to helping you and proactively working on your behalf; whether it's negotiating a better deal (Certified Negotiation Experts) or just being relaible and available when you are (7 day a week coverage), we take pride in always being there for you. We have a philosophy of everything and everyone matters and we always help our clients from start to finish. For sellers, this means assisting with every detail of getting their home market ready; this includes creating a strategic plan of action with professional home staging, quality HD photography and detailed high quality on-line and print marketing. Above all else, we value our reputation for quality and honesty and take pride in giving our buyers and sellers ethical, professional and enthusiastic representation.

On a more personal note, we believe in doing whatever we can to give back and strengthen our community. In 2004, we climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania Africa and were able to raise $25,000 for Fred Hutchinson’s Cancer Research Center. Today, we donate a portion of each transaction to our local Children’s Hospital.

Competitive by nature and grounded in business savvy, Lisa Milkovich has been a top-producing real estate broker for more than 22 years.

In her past professional life, Lisa spent 10 years at Honeywell on a team that provided data and communications to Fortune 500 flight departments. Lisa headed up the department’s marketing and represented avionic products and services face-to-face at industry trade shows. The technical and detailed customer service she provided at Honeywell laid the groundwork for her success in real estate.

She came into the real estate industry with an “Everything Matters” motto and it propelled her from the start. To better understand her own potential, Lisa attended a Dale Carnegie seminar at the outset of her real estate career. She learned about the power of speaking into the future and set a goal to sell 30 homes. In her first year, she not only sold those 30 homes, but the final home she sold was to Carnegie’s daughter. She knew she was in the right business.

As the former Director of Education and training at L'Oréal USA, Kristine spearheaded national recruitment, training, and brand development initiatives, implementing systems that significantly boosted sales. After 23 years in the beauty industry, she partnered with her sister, Lisa, to establish The Milkovich Team, a powerhouse known for its commitment to continuous learning and client education. Inspired by top industry coaches, Kristine and her Team empower clients with market knowledge, helping them make confident, informed decisions

Kristine proudly serves as a National Delegate Board Member for the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and contributes to multiple charitable fair housing organizations. As she continues her real estate journey at Ensemble, she remains dedicated to supporting clients, fellow agents, and the industry while fostering the award-winning client first reputation she has built with her Sister Lisa and their Team.
