Vincent Richtar, ChFC™, CASL™, is an LPL Financial-registered representative with V&T Wealth Advisors.

V&T Wealth Advisors provides wealth management services in addition to insurance and income protection for clients.


In addition to being a LPL registered investment advisor, Mr. Richtar oversees the firm’s group insurance and protection strategies for clients. He has more than 28 years of experience and is a Chartered Financial Consultant® and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living®.


He focuses on both groups and individuals, and his clients include some of the region’s top automotive franchises as well as more than 100 physicians with one of the region’s largest healthcare providers.


V&T Wealth Advisors is known for its commitment to providing clients with easy-tounderstand financial education and has conducted dozens of on-site training events for large corporate employers. The group places special emphasis on serving its traditional core of family business and small business owners and helping young families get started in the financial planning journey.


Mr. Richtar previously was the regional director of disability income for MetLife and qualified for 15 of its prestigious leadership conferences as one the top five percent of the firm’s producers. He is a certified speaker for financial education and holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 registrations through LPL Financial.


He is an active volunteer with Paul of the Cross Parish in the Pittsburgh suburb of Castle Shannon.

Credentialed as a registered investment adviser (RIA) or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Actively licensed as a RIA or as a principal of a registered investment adviser firm for a minimum of 5 years; 3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients.
