Josiah Hoffman leads the Hoffman Capital team with a focus on financial planning and asset management. Known for his keen ability to creatively analyze and illustrate complex financial concepts, Josiah loves to break down complicated issues and educate clients through visual learning experiences. Having worked with industry leaders such as Merrill Lynch, Metlife Securities, and Hefren-Tillotson, Josiah’s experience and knowledge help clients navigate towards effective decisions to protect their financial futures. He advises a variety of high net worth individuals, families and businesses including Small Business owners, PA State Troopers, Physicians, 501(c )(3) organizations, and many others.
Outside the office, Josiah enjoys giving back to the community through active service. He serves on the boards of the Parkinson’s Foundation Western PA & Grace Community Church, while also volunteering in multiple charitable capacities. He, his wife Elissa, and their four children, are members and serve at Grace Community Church in Cranberry Twp, PA. They like to travel, sing, write, play guitar/piano, and host friends and social gatherings at their home in Pine Twp, PA. Josiah is a graduate of Grove City College with a pre-med degree in molecular biology. He holds the FSCP & LUTCF designations, Life & Health Insurance License, and the SEC Series 7, 66 & 24 securities licenses.

Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E.
