Jody has been a licensed Realtor since 1990 in the St. Louis market. As a dedicated, full-time real estate agent, she is extremely qualified to guide you in buying or selling a home. She has sold over $200 million in her real estate career. Her sales include a variety of properties from single-family homes, town homes, mid-rises and full-service condominium developments. She has extensive knowledge in the luxury single family and condominium new construction market. She worked five years for a builder/developer in Clayton specializing in the sales and marketing of luxury new construction. In that time, she worked at The Crescent, a mixed-use mid-rise development including 72 luxury condominiums.
Jody was born and raised in St. Louis. She offers local expertise in a home market tailored to meet your needs. As a local professional, she knows the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions and local economy. She will do the leg work, keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. She will make every effort to make the process as pleasurable and stress-free as possible.
Jody attended Ladue Horton Watkins High School, followed by the University of Wisconsin-Madison/University of Missouri-Columbia, graduating with a B.S. in education. In addition to her career in real estate, she enjoyed working as a teacher and has had much success in corporate America (Sprint, CPI, Northeast Promotions) focusing on advertising, customer service, sales and marketing.
Jody has been an active volunteer for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, St. Louis OASIS as a tutor, and the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Mercy Children's Hospital.
