Ann Parsley
Ann has been with Ebby Halliday since 2008. She attributes her success to loving people and having excellent and timely communication skills. Whether talking with first-time homebuyers or negotiating with shrewd investors, Ann devotes herself to listening effectively and working as hard as possible on her client's behalf.
Her first year in business, Ann won her office's Rookie of the Year award. Since then, many more accolades have followed: The Ebby Halliday Honor Roll, inclusion on D Magazine's Top Producer and Best Agent list, Texas Monthly Magazine's Five Star Professional, 32 BEST (Frisco's best realtors), Allen office Top Office Individual, VIP in Customer Service.
Ann holds a BFA from Oakland University, graduating Summa cum Laude, and receiving an Outstanding Alumni Award. Ann is a former business owner, decorator and stager. She was the founder and director of MBC, a non-profit organization. She was a 25 year board member of Macomb Arts Council and president of Cecchetti Council of America as well as one of two delegates to the international organization, CICB.
Since Ann's husband, Dwight, was a builder for many years, Ann has a good eye for decorating, building, remodeling and renovating.
Ann's team that ensures a smooth transaction consists of mortgage lenders, title company escrow officers, and a wide list of vendors.
