Arlene Maze began her successful real estate career with Dochen Realty Group in 2006. Known for
providing exceptional real estate services, Dochen Realty Group has a commitment to excellence, client
satisfaction, and a strong desire to give back to the community. Over the years, Arlene’s background as a
Certified Public Accountant and her attention to detail have proved invaluable in navigating the financial
complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring comprehensive services for her buyers and sellers
across the greater Austin area. In 2023 Dochen Realty Group merged with a larger local firm, Bramlett
Residential, which has given Arlene the ability to combine her customer-centric approach to real estate
with Bramlett’s effective use of technology to create an enhanced customer experience for her clients.
Arlene has received many notable real estate accolades including ten Platinum Top 50 Realtor awards
and recognition as a Texas 5 Star Professional for twelve years running. Since 2009, our Dochen Realty
team has been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as one of the top three real estate firms of its
size.
She is committed to continuing education and has received her Broker’s license, Accredited Buyer
Representative, Certified Negotiation Expert, Senior Real Estate Specialist and GREEN designations.
Community involvement is a driving force for Arlene and she currently serves as Co-President of the
Corporate Board of the Texas A & M Hillel and is a board member for the Austin Chapter of the Jewish
National Fund. She was previously recognized by the Jewish community with their Women of Valor
award for her years of community service and involvement.
Arlene is a Central Texas native and graduate of Texas A & M University. She and her husband,
Lawrence, have lived in Austin since 1983, where they raised their two sons.
