Professional Approach

Vishaw has been practicing in the financial services field for more than 30 years. His clients range from individuals seeking first-time services to seasoned small business owners. Vishaw not only takes on the role of their accountant but becomes their financial coach, helping them make intelligent decisions in the short term while remaining focused on their long-term financial goals. Many of his clients have ultimately achieved these goals by remembering Vishaw’s adage to “Think and Talk Beyond the Balance Sheet.”

While Vishaw recognizes the importance of celebrating the small successes along the way, his long standing focus is always on maintaining his clients' financial security so they can experience their ideal lifestyle and retirement. Since 1988, he has refined an approach to financial services by always emphasizing education.

From humble beginnings as an immigrant to the United States to an invitation to join the Million Dollar Round Table, Vishaw has the perspective to assist clients of all financial backgrounds. While he finds great pride as a trusted financial advisor and educator to his clients, Vishaw wants to continue reaching beyond his client base to help others achieve their financial goals. He shares the knowledge and insight he has garnered over the past 30 years with his peers and rising students.

He participates in various community and professional activities. A Freehold, NJ resident, Vishaw devotes his free time to his family and enjoys reading.

Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony); 4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria - considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education and professional designations. FSP does not evaluate quality of services provided to clients.
