Brent Greer’s specialty is aligning peoples’ real estate dreams with the right real estate opportunity. As a luxury homes consultant focusing on the Paradise Coast, he is intimately familiar with the communities within the Marco, Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Ft. Myers Beach and Babcock Ranch markets. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, his parents “discovered” this area during a business trip/vacation in 1969 and it became the family’s second home. Over decades and multiple family investments in the Gulf Coast area, Brent has a long-time and first-hand knowledge of Southwest Florida real estate.
Based in Naples, and partners in a seven-member team based in Bonita Springs, Brent focuses on ethical, professional and process-driven results. Accordingly, he has earned the reputation as a trusted, proactive adviser. Over the years and a multitude of buyers and sellers, each one unique in their own way, he has honed the exceptional skills necessary to help simplify each transaction. And with a diverse background of brokerage, property management, business ownership, marketing and public relations, plus a Midwestern work ethic, he has a track record of successfully helping customers navigate the often complicated real estate process -- along with the nuances that vary by state.
His brokerage career began in Ohio, where he sold luxury residential homes, and student housing properties to investors. Prior to joining John R. Wood Properties, Brent was a senior adviser at SVN Sperry Van Ness, and spent 10 years at Prudential Commercial. As such, he is well experienced in the analysis, development and implementation of short- and long-range strategic plans for portfolio real estate. He also is a past president of a Midwest organization of wealth advisers, brokers and real estate counselors specializing in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Away from the office, Brent volunteers with Turtle Time Inc. as a beach monitor to support sea turtle conservation, and is a personal safety instructor teaching crime avoidance and tactical self defense.
