Debra Kroon, ABR, GRI, RSPS, has been licensed in real estate in California since December 1983, advancing to broker status in June 1989. She is a Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI), completing the required coursework in September 1992, and earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in July 1992.
She has also earned the designations A-REO (Accredited - Real Estate Owned), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification), as well as BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource). Debra was honored by the Yosemite Gateway Association of Realtors in November 2010 with the designation "Realtor of the Year - 2010". She was named “Five Star Professional” in 2024.
Membership is maintained in the Fresno Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors, as well as California Regional MLS and Fresno MLS. She has assisted her clients in purchasing and selling homesites, manufactured homes on land, residential properties, and business opportunities, with consistently-high satisfaction ratings.
