My name is Dick Richards. I am with Coldwell Banker Realty. I have been in the real estate business for the past 20 years. I was a Math teacher and high school coach for 27 years in Texas. I have done over 300 transactions so far in my career. I help my client through the complete process in purchasing a home. I tell my clients "I don't want you to settle!" I want you to get that "WOW FEELING!" I am there during inspections as the buyer's agent, and there during the appraisal as the listing agent. I enjoy driving and showing properties to buyers so they will feel confident in buying their new home. When I market your home, I hire a professional photographer. I set up marketing materials to get your property great exposure. I run the comps for the subdivision so that the seller can list their home at a price that will sell and appraise. After we close, I will be your go to person for any real estate needs.
