We recently worked with John Crowell on the purchase of our home. We were moving from out of town and originally met with John in March to tour the neighborhoods and determine which would fit us best. John knows the Saint Johns area like the back of his hand, both as a long time resident and a business owner. He was incredibly patient with us and really listened to what we were looking for. He provided options and always listened to our feedback. When we finally found a house we wanted to purchase in October, John was amazing. He stayed on top of all the transactional obstacles and he also provided us with connections to roofers, insurance companies, plumbers, painters, and pest control.
