I also have a good bead on the housing market because of my father who is a real estate appraiser and has instilled in me the importance of details and continuous research.
Most of my business consists of residential sales while representing Buyers & Sellers. I am however an Equestrian real estate broker as well, so if you're looking for a specialist I am very familiar with the industry.
I have deep roots in the equestrian world, and as a carded horse judge I am fortunate to travel all over the state for horse shows in my spare time. I also have 20+ years of experience as a Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Western pleasure and Reining trainer. Because of this versatility, I understand the unique needs each individual discipline demands when viewing property with clients. My detailed knowledge of this lifestyle can help you successfully list or buy within the PNW's prevalent equine community confidently.
When I'm not working or helping in a horse barn, I enjoy fishing for steelhead, traveling to the coast for razor clams, hiking, golfing or just heading on a road trip to enjoy the beauty of Washington.
