"My husband and I recently moved into our 2nd home and wow, what a whirlwind of an adventure! We truly couldn’t have made it through the process without Laurie! Over the past year, I had been casually looking online for a new home. We were happy in our current home, but if the “perfect” house popped up on the market, we were definitely willing to move. During 4th of July weekend, the home we had been waiting for finally appeared on the market. I texted Laurie at 8pm asking if we could tour the home the next morning. Laurie was super flexible and made it work, even with her busy schedule. She took us to the property we were interested in, as well as a few other homes so we had some comparables. We never felt rushed during the process and if we asked Laurie for her opinion, she was honest and very insightful! By the afternoon, my husband and I decided to make an offer on the house! However, we had to list and sell our current home in order to purchase the new one! Within ~72 hours, Laurie was able to list/sell our home, and get our offer submitted/accepted for the new house. During the close process, we ran into a few unforeseen obstacles (none of which any of us had control over). However, Laurie did everything she could to move things forward and ensure none of the deals fell through. I’m thrilled to say that my husband and I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago (after finishing some renovations), and truly couldn’t be happier! Without Laurie’s work ethic, organization, expert knowledge, and positive attitude, we truly couldn’t have made all of this happen in such a short amount of time! THANKS LAURIE!!"

"This team of mother and daughter are tops. Laurie met with us very quickly and began showing us properties within three days. We then were given time to think it over and she helped us look for even more. With living out of state, it was hard to see the ones we thought we work for us. No problem for Laurie, as she went through the homes via video conferencing on Skype. When we found the property we liked she was tenacious in the negotiations to get us a fair rate on both the mortgage and the final price of the property.
