     Terry L. Campbell is the managing shareholder at Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C. and has counseled clients on a wide range of lifetime and estate planning and business planning issues for more than 38 years.

 

     Terry is a frequent speaker on lifetime and estate planning issues and has been a featured lecturer at estate and elder law programs held at local colleges, hospitals and retirement homes. He is a member of the Milwaukee County Bar Association, the Wisconsin Bar Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Special Needs and  Elder Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar Association, and was Chair in 2018 and 2019.  He is a member of the Herbert J. Mueller Society, an organization that recognizes advisors who have worked with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation for their charitably-minded clients. He was named the 2019 Greater Milwaukee Foundation Advisor of the Year.  He has served as past chairman of the Milwaukee County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service Committee.

     Stephen is a partner with Moertl, Wilkins & Campbell, S.C., and joined the firm in 2008.

 

     Stephen has served as the co-chair of the Elder Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association, a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Franklin and as a member of the Wisconsin State Bar’s Solo and Small Firm Practice Committee. Stephen is also frequently a featured speaker at programs and events sponsored by the Milwaukee Bar Association, National Business Institute, and other professional associations and community organizations.
