I have worked in a service industry since 1980 and know each transaction must be handled in a professional, trustworthy, and efficient manner. Having lived in this area and working with volunteer organizations to raise in excess of $1.5 Million, I have developed strong negotiating skills to benefit my clients .
Since 2005 I have successfully represented my clients in over $100,000,000 in sales. Each client has received individual, personal attention. My clients range from first time buyers to experienced investors. I have represented several in multiple transactions and I am honored when my past clients call on me to help their children and parents. Over 95% of my clients have been as a result of personal and professional referrals from Orange and Los Angeles Counties.
