Jen feels buying a home or, selling the place you have, is more than just a major lifestyle change; for many it is the largest financial transaction they will ever undertake. She strives to respect and work hard to meet client’s needs supporting them in their goals for their next move while offering knowledge, education and communication along with just the right mix of fun. Her and her team are committed to be helpful, caring and to provide ease plus convenience when working with their clients.
Lifelong relationships have been, and will always be, key to Jen’s business — more than 90 percent of her business comes from the referrals of satisfied clients, past and present. By taking care of her clients she has built relationships that not only have consistently year after year ranked her in the top of her profession but, give comfort to families that have worked with her to know that they can turn to someone they trust even years after the sale. “One of the biggest blessings I have is to have clients contact me years later or refer me to their family, friends or colleagues” she says. Many even reach out to ask for a referral for a home service, relocation advice to another state, market news, a refinancing referral or just say “hi”.
Jen went into Real Estate to help people make their dreams of home ownership come true. She started in the business at one of the toughest times most can remember when people were losing their homes and Real Estate agents were finding new careers. She dedicated herself to helping those navigate the short sale or foreclosure process and be their advocate to stay in their home or protect & guide them in the process of selling. “Getting a Real Estate license does not give you the knowledge it is only a tool and a license to sell homes. The way I see it a license is like graduating high school and I wanted to have a Master’s degree in my field. Real estate laws and processes are always changing so I must always dedicate myself to constant learning and knowledge to better serve the families I help” It is very evident of that conviction with her holding a Managing Brokers license, her many endorsements, and specialties she holds in the Real estate field.
