As well as being a wife, a parent of 2 adult children and a top producer, I am a very active, involved community volunteer. My expertise in sitting on boards of non-profit organizations and chairing fund-raising events has helped me have the ability to get a person to see things from the other side. Negotiating a transaction  needs a certain je ne sais quoi that only years of social experience can provide.
