John has over 29 years of real estate lending experience working in the mortgage broker, banking and retail bank areas. He specializes in residential purchase, construction and refinance loans. His business is 100% referral driven and his goal is to make the loan process as smooth and easy as possible for every client. John’s experience, along with the many lending sources and relationships that RPM has, gives his clients a big edge when negotiating for and purchasing a home.

John is a native San Franciscan and currently resides in Walnut Creek. He has two grown daughters and a son attending college. When he is away from work, he enjoys attending all types of sporting events (Giants, 49ers, Sharks, Warriors and Cal Football), and traveling with his wife, Ruth. He also enjoys working in the yard, cooking, running and biking.
