About Sandy Hancock:
First and foremost, Sandy Hancock is a faithful Christian. A strong relationship with Christ has fostered values like honesty, compassion, and patience that inform her professional and interpersonal values. In addition to being a child of God, Sandy Hancock is also the leader of The Hancock Team, a multimillion dollar producing team of REALTORs® at JB Goodwin in San Antonio, TX.
Before real estate, Sandy spent 34 years working in secondary education. After teaching English for a year at Aldean High School in Houston, TX, she went on to Churchill High School in San Antonio, TX. She would spend 24 years there as an art teacher, an English teacher and Department Head, and eventually a counselor. Wanting to be closer to her home in Bulverde, Sandy took a job as Assistant Principal at Smithson Valley High School in Bulverde, TX. She then became Principal of Spring Branch Middle School in Bulverde, TX, completing her distinguished education career as Principal for what was then the Comal Leadership Instute and the Comal Discipline Center in New Braunfels, TX.
After retiring, Sandy decided to dive in to the real estate market. She quickly realized that many of the skills she developed in the schools would put her ahead of her REALTOR® peers. From education to counseling and organization, she was prepared for it all.
In addtion to her proffessional experience, she brings a potent combination of community involvement and local knowledge. Sandy is a charter member of the Bulverde Spring Branch Chamber of Commerce. For 25 years she has been an invaluable volunteer and board member. A true fixture of the community, she posseses relationships and local knowledge that comes with living in the area since 1972.
Sandy loves her community, and is a phenomenal REALTOR As of 2020 she has been a multi-million dollar annual producer along with her son, Trey Hancock.
