As a seasoned business professional with 35 years of sales and marketing experience from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, my goal is to lift the practice of real estate to a higher ground. Having helped mentor and coach individuals and businesses to exceed their own objections; I thrive on helping my real estate clients do the same. What are the most important business lessons learned? I love houses. More importantly, I love turning a house into a home with the right buyer. I love Colorado’s cities and our neighborhoods. Nestled in the middle of a neighborhood is a park or coffee shop where people gather and become friends. It’s their life. I get to help them find that special place. That’s exciting. Listening to their needs and story. That’s the fun. The moment of bringing you face-to-face with your dreams, that the thrill. I’m happiest when I’m working and helping others. I pay attention to all of the details that matter and make the process flow. I build my business relationships on long-term trust and respect. I’m excited about the personal relationships that evolve out of doing business.

Deb is a graduate from the University of Illinois and Loyola University Chicago where she holds a B.A. and M.B.A, respectively. She has been ranked top in sales over her career span. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, an achievement appointed to the top 5% of brokers nationwide.
