 Debra helped us sell our home and buy a new home. We met Debra because she was the listing agent on a home that we were interested in purchasing. She gave of advice about how to proceed and listened carefully to what we were looking for. She also gave us good advice about pricing our existing home to sell it in the timeframe the we desired and about what we should do (as far as repairs and staging). We received an offer on our home after one showing. She was excellent at negotiating with the buyer’s realtor and we received what we were looking for. She also showed us homes that were what we were looking for - in fact she predicted which one we would buy before we made an offer! She knew the area and made recommendations to us about who we should contact for other services. During the process of financing, Deb kept everyone on track. She was wonderful to us and our children. I absolutely loved working with Debra and I am so glad we met her. I would absolutely recommend her to others.

 I have only GREAT things to say about Debra Dooley. Debra has been a great realtor and friend throughout my original search for a condo to purchase, and the task of selling my house in a challenging market. Obviously, I had Debra handle both the sale and the purchase, which is an absolute endorsement of her work. Debra knew what I was looking for in a Condo and, over the course of 2 1/2 years; she went out of her way to show me Condos and Townhouses that she thought fit my personality, location and layout. Is he met the oil company at the house to allow them entry to dip the oil tank in preparation for the closing. She attended the closing along with me.
