I came across Emily’s information by personal recommendation and I am so happy I did! She goes above and beyond in ways that are difficult to appreciate until you’ve been through the process. For example – after the inspection, there were a number of things that needed to be fixed. Emily, within 1-2 days of the inspection, had gotten bids for all of the services that were needed to proceed with the sales and in the end, all I had to do was agree or disagree. Of course, given Emily’s experience and time spent in Denver, she had very competitive bids and they were better than anything I found on my own.
