About Jason
Jason is in his 19th year as a Real Estate broker and has guided clients through almost 300 closings with total sales of over $120 million. He has received the "Five Star Real Estate Agent Award" in 5280 Magazine/Denver Post for 11 years running…2010 through 2021. He is also consistently recognized as a Denver Board of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence Award Winner and is a co-owner of the Metro Brokers Cherry Creek office. He holds the designations of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) with Guild recognition.
Jason is a Denver native and offers a comprehensive knowledge of the entire metro area. He enjoys guiding his clients as they evaluate their options and make one of the biggest decisions in life. Of utmost importance, he understands that every client is unique. As a result, he takes the time upfront to understand each clients’ needs, goals, aspirations, and plans; ensuring he guides them in the right direction. Additionally, he works to educate clients along the way. If obstacles surface in a transaction, his extensive experience allows him to navigate clients through even the most difficult issues.
He was raised in the suburbs of Denver in what is now Centennial and graduated from Cherry Creek High School. He subsequently earned his degree in Business Administration & Marketing from CU Boulder. Upon his return to Denver, he worked in corporate sales and marketing prior to beginning his career in real estate. He and his wife Sara enjoy watching their High School aged children compete in sports and rarely miss a game or race. Their son plays hockey & baseball while their daughter is a ski racer & plays lacrosse. He lives in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver and is also an avid skier, fly fisherman & golfer.
