She loves being a teacher & navigator to guide clients through the process and to help them make the best decisions possible. She’ll never tell you what to do, but she will guide you with facts and expertise. Darcy loves finding solutions to tricky problems, too. She has the ability to place herself in her clients' shoes to understand how they see things, and to help them understand the same about the seller so they can make the best deal possible. She will work like crazy to get her clients the best home, the best deal, and above all, the protection that every home buyer deserves. She feels truly honored to be able to play a small role in someone’s big picture and is committed to doing her absolute best for every client.
Darcy has been a go-getter and problems solver from the start. Before her Real Estate career, she was the Executive Director of the statewide Colorado Chiropractic Association, and also served in many volunteer and leadership positions with the Colorado Society of Association Executives. She made the move to real estate in 2009, and has never looked back. Throughout her Real Estate career, she has been named a 5280 Five Star Real Estate Professional for 9 years in a row, an honor shared by only a few agents in the country. Darcy is a member of the South Metro Realtors Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors because she deeply respects and abides by the Realtor’s Code of Ethics.
Darcy’s pretty much a Denver area native, and has lived all around the metro area, so she knows the neighborhoods really well. In her down-time, he can be found eating out at new restaurants, modeling in Denver’s local fashion scene, hanging out with the grandkids, or on a fun weekend getaway with her husband. She loves to travel around the US and internationally, really enjoying immersing herself in the culture, meeting the locals, and diving into the history of wherever she is! She’s been to Greece, Italy, Chile, Peru & England to name a few.
