Darcy Truppo is a  Realtor in the southeast part of the Denver Metro area, and her specialty is “Deliriously Happy Homeowners”!  Whether your ideal home is $200,000 or $2,000,000, her goal is to help you move into your new home with a minimum amount of hassle, a maximum amount of happiness – and a 14 month Home Warranty (at her expense), just in case something goes wrong AFTER closing.   She works WITH her home buyer clients to be sure they find the right home at the right price. Once that happens, she will navigate the process for them, thru closing (and beyond!)  She works with several great lenders and and has resources for special programs for special circumstances. If you’re looking for a new home, or planning to sell  in the south part of the Metro area (Aurora, Centennial, Englewood, Littleton, Parker, Castle Rock or Southeast Denver), give her a call!  Her business is mostly by referral, but she always has time for new clients and referral partners!
