Richard Moore’s goal is to make the home buying and selling process as smooth and painless as possible. His 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, with an extensive stretch in mortgage lending, give him a wide-ranging knowledge of trends and a keen sense of what best fits a client’s particular needs and long-term goals. Almost unheard of in Central Texas these days, Richard is a native Austinite having moved here at the age of six. After graduating from LBJ High School, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Texas. Since college, he’s done everything from regional manager for an insurance company to a partner in a ski shop in Winter Park, Colorado. He earned numerous accolades as a mortgage lender including the highly competitive Five Star Professional rating. When not helping clients buy or sell homes, he enjoys traveling, watching movies, sports and is active in his local church.
Having grown up in Austin, Richard has an intimate understanding of the Austin market, giving him an advantage over others in the industry, as he can guide his clients to their ideal home using the right information for the local climate.
