I have a BBA in Business Administration from Angelo State University. I have been a real estate investor since I was 19 years old (my Navy husband and I couldn't afford the deposit on an apartment so we bought a HUD duplex for $100.00 down). Right now, in Austin area, there are a lot of good deals to choose from. Interest rates are historically low. I would love to help you find your dream house or first (second?) investment property. And I would also love to help you sell yours.
I have listed and sold several condos.
I have been involved successfully in 7 short sale transactions, all but one of which went to closing. The one that didn't was not due to seller, listing agent (me), or buyer's agent or buyer. Twas the bank who quashed the deal.
I just received certification as a certified senior real estate specialist (SRES) which gives me a lot of resources and information to work with seasoned clients. Experience you can count on and service you can trust.
