Kathy is a native St. Louisan, growing up in the small close-knit city (population 3,000) of Warson Woods where she babysat in almost every house, peaking her interest in real estate at an early age. While attending John Burroughs School, Kathy broadened her familiarity with many neighborhoods in the city and county. As an adult, Kathy's second home in Kirkwood was a new construction property where she worked on a daily basis with the builder, picking out and chosing all amenities; flooring, lighting, cabinets, and all construction details. This broadened her knowledge of the home building process. Kathy's 3rd home was a gut rehab foreclosure house in Des Peres which took about 6 months. Now in a condo, Kathy is familiar with the nuances of condo living. 

Many of Kathy's clients are personal friends, family, and referrals from her wide St. Louis network. No matter the size, location, or situation, each client gets that personal attention and constant communication from Kathy to ensure that her client's goals and wishes are met. It's Kathy's goal that each client has a positive buying or selling experience. Kathy takes care of the details so her clients can focus on the big picture and their busy lives.
