After years of teaching 8th grade science, it was only natural that I’d join in the family tradition as a third generation REALTOR® and start providing service of a different kind. My teaching background has brought education, empowerment, patience, creativity, and fun to my work with clients here in the Portland area. When I’m not introducing home-seekers to their new neighbors or making sure inspections are running smoothly, my family and I love finding adventures throughout the Pacific Northwest. You’ll often find us skiing, camping, or biking with our two kids and two dogs. Cooking, gardening and reading are also some of my favorite hobbies. Ask me what I am reading and I am sure I'll talk your ear off!

Chadd "Wick" Ashley, Principal Broker

After years of experience as an outdoor leader for teens, ski instructor, high school art teacher, and contractor I’ve garnered the skills that allow me to listen and support people in achieving their real estate goals. I also have a passion for keeping things as green as possible and love helping our clients incorporate affordable solutions to updating their homes.

I’ve become a regular at The Rebuilding Center which offers affordable building and remodeling materials and have recently become a board member of local furniture bank, Community Warehouse. When I’m not helping clients buy, sell and remodel their homes, you’ll find me spending time with my family, planning my next ski trip, mentoring teens, training for mountain bike races, or grabbing a beer at Breakside Brewery.
