As a full time real estate agent since 2004, I have had the pleasure of working through the ups and downs of our local real estate market and with many fabulous clients. In order to ensure that I provided the greatest service to my clients, I have earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. I am licensed in both Kansas and Missouri and have lived on both sides of the state line and had children attend schools in both states. My most treasured honor is to have been named a Five Star real estate agent for the past thirteen (14!!) years by the 5 Star Award group and published in Kansas City Star. This is award is granted to agents with exceptional customer satisfaction scores as reported by former clients and is awarded to fewer than 3% of local agents each year.
