Pat helped us sell our home. We originally listed in the spring. Our agent was responsive and wanted to be helpful, but it was clear there was a lack of expertise in our market. Pat came in and discussed our wants and expectations. She helped keep us grounded and suggested a list price that made the most sense. The photography of our home was amazing. I still look at the pictures and can't believe that was our old house! They were very well done. The selling process was challenging but Pat worked through it with us. We didn't get as much as we wanted for the house but there were 2 geographical constraints that we had no control over that affected the home's value. Pat helped me through the attempting to buy my first property. From start to finish, Pat helped guide me through the process and I never doubted she had my best interest in mind. In my specific case, during the inspection, the inspector identified mold within the attic of the property. The seller agreed in writing to pay for a professional to assess and remediate the mold only to later refuse to follow through on this agreement. Both the seller and seller's realtor were incredibly difficult and frustrating. Pat handled the negotiating and held firm with the other realtor. Pat even offered to personally pay for the assessment yet the seller still refused to follow through on their agreement. Pat helped me as much as she was legally able to, however I eventually consulted with a real estate attorney on my rights in the situation and decided it was best to nullify the contract. Despite this disappointing result for both Pat and I, Pat always had my best interest in mind throughout this difficult process and I would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a property.
