We went through the process on two different homes. The first home was appraised poorly and the sellers and I came to an impasse in negotiations. While I was upset in general about losing the house and very disheartened, she was supportive telling me that there would be another one and that it would be better than the last one.

She was so correct and I LOVE the home I ended up purchasing. Beth stayed in constant contact with me during the entire home buying process and played a major role in winning the bid on my eventual new home. I always felt that she was "present" during the process which was a concern of mine going into the process with any realtor.

I was looking for a unique piece of property in a few select areas which made the selection process more difficult as the inventory was in short supply. Those properties were flying off the market so she was forced to keep me updated as soon as something was listed. Not just through her online portal listing all homes that met my criteria, but she also called me by phone.

The home I purchased ended up receiving 13 offers in a 48 hour window. I told Beth from the moment I walked into the home that I wanted this home and we had to do everything possible within my budget to get it. Although I did not have a cash offer, she gave me several tips on making our offer stand out.

Beth stayed in contact with the sellers realtor making sure she pulled as much information out of her about the sellers needs to try to win the home. She hung in there with me on quick close and was very supportive while the lender slammed me with financial questions (I own my own small business so I was under intense scrutiny). She kept me updated at every turn and worked well with my mortgage company even while on a previously planned vacation.

While I'm sure there are many good realtors out there, she was outstanding. She's a very down to earth person. She did not once make me feel like I was a bother or that she was too busy to talk to me. I am not an easy person to please with customer service but was very happy with her at a very stressful time period. I give her 5 out of 5 stars!  - James
