My specialty is working with residential property on the San Mateo County Coastside and along the Peninsula. Our company has offices in San Mateo, Half Moon Bay, and La Honda. I have 35+ years in the customer service arena. My clients benefit from these skills and thought process. I am licensed by the California Bureau of Real Estate and have been selling residential real estate since 2001. As a native of San Mateo County, and living here for 55 years. I have a deep knowledge of the area.
In addition to earning my Realtor and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designations, on November 13th, 2014, I attained the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS,) which is considered the most respected designation in the residential real estate industry.
I regularly attend continuing education classes, seminars, and conventions for the purpose of keeping up-to-date with changing regulations, laws, etc., in our dynamic real estate market.
In other exciting news Intero was purchased by Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in 2014. This is exciting that Warren Buffets group chose to bring our company into their real estate group. We will continue to operate as Intero Real Estate Services. Our CEO Gino B. will be in charge of the Home Services Division for Berkshire Hathaway and Tom Tognoli founding partner has taken over day to day operations of Intero. This in Innovation meets Influence.
