• Being a first-time home buyer in my early twenties, I wasn't sure what this process was going to be like. I am SO thankful I had Ramona as my agent because all of her knowledge of the market and the entire home-buying process process not only made it easy, but I got to learn a lot throughout our time together. She was very patient with me as we went to a number of different properties, and she really listened to what I liked and didn't like about the spaces. I appreciated this because she would then take me to different properties based on our conversations about my preferences, so I didn't feel like I was wasting either of our time.
  She continually impressed me with how much she knew, and how much time she was willing to spend with me to explain things in a way I understood. I could always count on a prompt response, too. It seemed as though she was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Her warm spirit made it easy to connect with and communicate exactly how I was feeling - because it can get overwhelming at times! She was always there to put my mind at ease, but put her game face on when it came time for negotiations.
