Janet Marinis is the best realtor we have ever delt with. We have sold six houses over the years with realtors that did little more than list our house on the MLS. Not Janet Marinis, she really markets our house! She has used social media, produced beautiful pamphlets and produced a very nice booklet about our house complete with a floor plan.
