We interviewed several Realtors. It was critical to us that the Realtor we selected has not only a good marketing plan but was also prepared to help us consult in what we need to do to get our property ready. Lisa had an excellent marketing plan that was grounded in social media and how buyers act in today's market! Very impressive.

Lisa was our advocate and her mission was to sell our home all along the way. We worked with Lisa for months before the property went on sale to ensure the house would show the BEST when it went on the market. As we got closer to putting the house on the market Lisa started to put her 'coming soon' marketing plan into action. The day our house went on sale Friday March 4th, we had several showings with many lined up for the weekend. We sold in 36 hours over list. Her negotiation skills were awesome. Lisa Wenzel of Wenzel Select properties sold my house in Cicero, a tough town to sell property in, with many regulations and a more than rigorous inspection/compliance/fee schedule process. Lisa and Melissa were very responsive when status updates were requested and were very professional. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I live out of town and they were able to handle the whole process of letting the inspectors in, reading the meter etc. which I wasn't available to do and without this support I would have had to take days off of work to accommodate.
